The Ashram is an abode of Peace for sincere seekers of Truth; it is not a place for tourism or enjoyment. Swamiji's message to Visitors may be seen here. Visitors are requested to please cooperate in maintaining its sanctity.
The Ashram has limited accommodation. Prior permission is necessary to stay in the Ashram. It is located in a remote village and it may be difficult to get any alternate accommodation nearby. Visitors may please note this and inform at least one month in advance about their proposed visit.
Visitors are normally allowed to stay at the ashram for 2-3 days only. The stay and food at Ashram is free. Simple South Indian Vegetarian food is served in the dining hall. Those coming from abroad or far off places may be granted permission for a longer stay of up to 7-10 days at the discretion of the Ashram for which prior permission needs to be obtained. Donations are accepted to support extended stay. The Ashram and its charitable services are run solely through the offerings/ donations of devotees.
Ashram has different types of accommodation to suit individuals, families and small groups. Only shared accommodation may be available during busy periods like December-January.
